What is the best day or time to send emails to my customers?
There is so much research into this it could make your head spin. The short, and slightly frustrating answer is that it varies. In most cases we recommend avoiding Monday mornings and Friday afternoons (for obvious reasons!), but depending on your message these times could actually work best for you! Retailers often like the start of the month, after payday. As part of our service we recommend days and times to try – we then monitor the open and click-through rates, and try to find what works best for you.
